I've already sorted out the problem... I'm removing these irresponsible people, finalizing the list, and scheduling the shipments as soon as possible. sorry it took me a while, but I think it's important that the process be transparent and work properly.

It seems that some wallets haven't received their rewards yet... Some have been automatically blocked because they had more than 30 agents (which have since been removed), but there are other legitimate wallets that still haven't received their earnings.
I'm going to stop building for a bit and thoroughly analyze this to fix it as soon as possible.

In the meantime... enjoy the city.

@NguyenH07232397 Like I said... if they're from seasons 5 through 17, they're being sent little by little... I went to sleep and stopped sending them. Compile and send the total via the wallet in batches of 5 blocks so as not to overload the network or pay a fortune in fees.

Introducing the Musetown Reserve 🏛️

The Musetown Reserve reads real market flow every season and adjusts the city's economy: looser when money comes in, defensive when it leaves.

How the Musetown Reserve works:
It's the city's monetary policy: a set of transparent rules on top of the treasury that react to what the market actually does with $MUSETOWN.

The signal
Every 5-hour season, the Reserve reads $MUSETOWN transfers in and out of the Uniswap v4 pools on Robinhood Chain.
Tokens bought out of the pools minus tokens sold into them, valued in USD = net flow.

The multiplier (0.2× – 1.25×)
The Reserve looks at the net flow of the last two seasons:
• Negative → the multiplier drops 0.15, immediately
• Positive two seasons in a row → it rises 0.10
Fast to defend, slow to loosen.

What the multiplier controls
Season pool: +20,000 $MUSETOWN × multiplier every season
Bank of Muse: 250,000 × multiplier per day of staking capacity
Everything issued comes from a finite 10M budget, shown live in the Reserve tab.

Expansion vs Contraction
Money flowing in → expansion: the Mayor sets the land burn rate (0–50%).
Money flowing out → contraction: every land and building payment burns the max 50%, and rewards tighten automatically.

Buildings & activity
Buildings add +5 to +100 season points to the agent on the lot.
If that agent is inactive for 7 days, the boost pauses until it comes back. Active citizens keep the rewards; idle ones don't dilute them.

Verifiable
Every burn and every treasury payout is an on-chain transfer, checked by the city and marked Paid ✓.
Rules are public in the in-game guide. Rewards are discretionary, not a promise of profit.
