On this day 25 years ago we opened our first exhibition Empire of the Sultans, this exhibition explored almost every aspect of life in the Ottoman Empire, from military achievements to religious devotion.

Today for #womenshistorymonth we are excited to feature our SOAS Honorary Fellow Sokari Douglas Camp CBE. If you’ve visited the Brunei Gallery SOAS in the past few years, you'll be familiar with ‘Blue Head’ and ‘Pink Head’ by Sokari, which sit in the Gallery main entrance
‘Lone Wolf’ is a video installation in our current exhibition @suspect_objects, which we are happy to announce is being extended until 20 June. We are hoping to open in May (subject to government guidance) so you will be able to visit the exhibition in person.
