@K_JeanPierre This bias was inevitable, it exists throughout the lending industry, retail & commercial. The way the program was rolled out, the delay in lenders getting the SBA guidelines, staffing issues, credit/documentation requirements made lending to non-traditional customers impossible.

I used to be able to do my weekly cert to get benefits at Maryland unemployment. Now they have dumped us all into the BEACON system. They have created an online queue to notify us when we can log in. I've been in line for 3 hours. There are 151,000 people in line ahead of me.
