Thank you for all of your love and support for "NU: Carnival." With a new season upon us, we’d like to share the latest progress on our current in-development projects and collaboration details:

🔹 "NU: Carnival × DRAMAtical Murder" Collab Event

After extensive preparation and polishing, the collab event jointly presented by "NU: Carnival" and "DRAMAtical Murder" officially launched on October 1 and will run until November 5. Both teams dedicated their efforts to character design, event scripts, and system features to fully capture the charm of both works. We warmly invite everyone to join us for this long-awaited occasion!

🔹 Visuals Feature Satisfaction Survey

Thank you to everyone who completed the '"NU: Carnival" Visuals Feature Satisfaction Survey', which closed on September 10. Your thoughtful feedback gives us valuable insight into your experience, serving as a key reference for future optimizations. We'll keep striving to bring you a better gaming experience!

🔹 Past Story Playback Feature in Development

To let players who missed past events unlock those stories, our team is working on a dedicated feature to keep Eiden and his allies by your side. We're planning the mechanics now and will share more details once everything is ready. Thank you for your patience!

🔹 Limited-Time Collab Pop-Up Shop

The limited-time "NU: Carnival × arma bianca" pop-up shop opened its doors on October 2 at the OU-EN Xinyi Songyan store! In addition to photo spots and a wide array of merchandise, limited-edition purchase bonuses await you. The event runs until October 13, so be sure to check it out while you can!

Additionally, another collaboration pop-up shop with GRANUP will launch on October 16 at the MyACG Taipei Flagship Store. Alongside early-access sales for select merchandise, it features all-new Taiwan-exclusive purchase bonuses—we warmly welcome everyone to come join the fun!

🔹 Collab Theme Restaurant

We are currently in talks with OU-EN to license a limited-time theme restaurant, with preparations underway for a planned launch by the end of the year. It will feature a series of limited-edition menu items and merchandise inspired by the in-game event theme at the time. Our partner will announce specific opening schedules and further details in the future, so please stay tuned!

🔹 Regarding Game Information Security

We have recently noticed that certain unreleased game content has appeared on some social media platforms. Upon verification, we have confirmed that this content was not officially released, but was obtained and circulated through illegitimate means.

Alongside our ongoing work to develop richer and more varied content, we have continued to strengthen the protection of our game data, adjusting our safeguards as external methods evolve. Whenever a leak does occur, we take immediate steps to block it while launching a more thorough investigation and improving our measures accordingly. Our development team is also working to introduce stricter data control mechanisms to minimize the chance of similar incidents happening again.

We must state in the strongest terms that obtaining or distributing unreleased game content through illegitimate means is a clear violation of our Terms of Service and is unlawful—this is not merely a matter of in-game rules. Any leaked content we identify will be reported, and measures will be taken against the accounts involved in accordance with our Terms of Service. We also do not rule out taking necessary legal action, and we urge everyone not to put this to the test.

We understand how much everyone looks forward to new content, and we hope every update can reach you in its most complete form. We'd like to sincerely call on everyone not to take part in obtaining, reposting, circulating, or distributing unreleased content. If you come across any such instances, we welcome you to share further information with our internal team for investigation.
