@MartinSLewis @bbc5live I often use cash, everyone gets face value then, card money just gets eroded by charges, nobody gets the face value. I find if you use a card to pay you generally don’t know how much you’ve just spent! Definitely not the way to teach children the value of it.

Most operators were scared and pressured into signing over-inflated contracts and are now paying well over the odds.

The Energy Co's are reporting record high profits.

@ofgem need to insist these contracts are now torn up.
