For generations, men have been told to “toughen up,” “deal with it,” or “handle it on their own.” But that silence is killing people. Men deserve the same compassion, the same support, the same understanding as anyone else battling their mental health.

It’s time we normalise men opening up.
It’s time we stop laughing off pain as “banter.”
It’s time we stop calling vulnerability “weakness.”

Men need help too. Men need connection too. Men need to be heard too.

If you’re a man struggling right now, you’re not alone. Your feelings are real. Your pain is valid. And there is help out there. Reaching out won’t make you less of a man, it makes you human.
