@dhgate is the worst company I’ve ever bought from, I’ve literally waited weeks for a refund for an item they sent without a box and scratched up, making excuses. Can’t speak to anyone, it’s a joke! I want my refund!

@Hermesparcels why is your service so bad? Why do your drivers lie about our parcels from @beautybay. Your service is making them look bad when taking pictures of items but make us wait 2-3 days extra for items due days before. No customer service!
