I will say, Eric’s EvTM album has grown on me a bit since it’s release when I was pretty disappointed by it.

Initially it didn’t feel like enough after 3+ years but now I’m past that and just enjoying what we do have.

And now even Lainey’s new one being Somewhere Over Laredo and Russell Dickerson’s current radio hit having some of the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun lyrics.

It is kinda wild how so many country songs in the past few years are basically a spin-off/reference to a past hit.
