@umusicsupport you might want to consider hiring different people for your supposed support team... The last time I check, it's not a good thing to tell customer it's their fault. Especially when they are the ones who refused to DO THEIR JOB!

So now @umusicsupport customer service results in giving people the run around and NOT doing there job and then telling the customer they are sol and saying it's their fault that they didn't do their job...Thanks for the horrible customer service. You've ruined everthing!
