PMC have kindly given us a loan of the largest floorstander in the twenty5 range - twenty5.24i in active form!

They are partnered with an Accuphase C-2300 preamplifier and Rega Naia turntable.

Classic Album Sundays had two spectacular events in London over the last couple of evenings:

Suede at the Royal Albert Hall & Saint Etienne at the British Library.

The albums were listened to through a great hi-fi inc our Accuphase C-2300 preamp.

Here’s a beautiful pre-owned Rega RP10 turntable that we were deming and selling this week. Whilst it might not be at the same level as the current Planar 10, it’s still a mighty fine deck.

The rest of the system was an Accuphase E-280 amp and Audiovector QR 3 SE speakers.

Best observation of the weekend. A very experienced reviewer, seeing the @FyneAudio Vintage 10 in a smallish room:

“I’m surprised the speakers are so well behaved in the bass. “

Boom is feedback related not speaker / room interaction. AcouPlex racks solve this problem.
