This woman, in her 80s, lost the home she had lived in for over 40 years to the fire in Altadena, California. 🥺
I’ve found a donation support link to help this queen, which I’ll share below.
Okay.. We all know Kirk ain’t worth a damn, and his wife is going to stick to her vows, but Jasmine clueless Azz isn’t going to get the reaction or respect she wants. 😏#LHHATL
I have two separate but related reactions to this post:
1. This is one of the most honest and relatable takes on grief I've ever seen. Because it really is the day-to-day sh*t that fcks you up. And it's just gonna be like this just... until I die, too? That's some bullsh*t.
2. Kevin's ability to get this off, make it funny AND keep it so emotionally poignant with you feeling/seeing his anger/sadness (bc this is "the nerve of you to fcking be dead") is comedic brilliance. Like, Pryor level brilliance. Real talk. It seems simple; it's not.
I really do want a break down as to why this has an emotional impact on us. A lot of black folk (NOT ALL….please HOTEPs) have an emotional response to the haka or Siva tau
I don’t know why I decided to watch RHOP from the first season to now over the last few weeks because now I’m up to season 7 post the Mia and Wendy fight and I have no one to talk to about this because the hypocrisy is infuriating.
Imagine working out. Imagine getting an uncommon yet potentially FATAL illness from working out.
Then imagine getting a $19,000+ bill from the hospital while living in the “greatest country” on earth. IMAGINE.
