Clearly this group isn’t slowing down on their mission to 200 candidates.

well they were wrong, look you shouldn't pass on double lines usually means you can't see far ahead, but in some cases if you see far enough and its safe you can. But like i said if you cause an accident while passing doesn't matter if they were double lines or not your at fault.
