According to these very conservative law professors, Trump is banned from seeking a second term by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution for participating in the attempted coup. https://t.co/mZhnZyNp4F

BREAKING: Trump desecrates his ex-wife’s grave!
Trump’s death and burial — dying after falling down stairs — has always had odd elements to it, not the least of which is the final resting place on Trump’s private golf club at Bedminster, New Jersey golf club.
Some believe that Trump buried Ivana on the course in order to take advantage of a New Jersey tax break.
Perfectly on brand.
Others think that Trump wanted the grave close and accessible for reasons best left to the reader’s consideration. Many noted that it took ten straining and strong men to carry the casket, which was supposed to contain only ashes.
Some wondered why one has a casket at all when a person is cremated.
All of the above is wild speculation, but now, that same speculation will only be fueled hotter by the fact that The Daily Mail has an exclusive report on the fact that the grave has practically grown over with almost nothing to be seen.
From The Daily Mail’s report:
“Ivana Trump’s grave has become overgrown with grass and is barely visible exclusive https://t.co/63Io6Fx3Wb pictures reveal. The grave of former president Donald Trump‘s first wife was also cordoned off, preventing well-wishers from approaching the area to pay their respects on Friday. Ivana – who had three children with Trump, Ivanka, Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump – died on July 14 2022 aged 73.
Granted, it never got off to a good start, nor did Trump ever lead anyone to believe that her resting place “mattered” enough to spend more than greens fees.
You would think that vanity alone would lead Trump to make the gravesite as beautiful as possible, though that does require money — and Trump doesn’t like spending money on anything but himself.
Maybe Trump wants people playing out of the rough with a wayward shot.
I apologize if that sounds terribly disrespectful of Ivana, but it sure seems like if one is going to accept the responsibility of having someone buried on their property, it is also their duty to respectfully keep the gravesite in an appropriately respectful manner.
Please retweet and ❤️ to spread Trump’s shame!
You can't peddle conspiracy theories and then claim to be the party of common sense.
Common sense people do not believe conspiracy theories because they/we are trying to focus on things that matter here at home 🇨🇦: housing, childcare, healthcare, etc.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with a brutal Friday bombshell as lawyers from the prominent conservative Federalist Society publish a paper declaring that Trump MUST be banned from running for president “under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.”
But it gets WAY worse for Trump…
In their brutal paper, the Federalist Society accuses Trump of treason for “engaging in or gave aid and comfort to an insurrection against the constitutional government” when he incited the deadly January 6 insurrection as part of his failed coup attempt.
Adding insult to injury for Trump, the Federalist Society argues that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — known as the insurrection clause — is "self-executing, operating as an immediate disqualification from office, without the need for additional action by Congress. It can and should be enforced by every official, state or federal, who judges qualifications. It covers a broad range of former offices, including the presidency. And in particular, it disqualifies former President Donald Trump, and potentially many others, because of their participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.”
The clause states that "no person shall be a senator or representative in Congress, or elector of president and vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
Last September, a New Mexico judge ordered the removal of a county commissioner who took part in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The decision marked the first time since 1869 that a court disqualified a public official under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Now, it appears that it may be used against Trump — the mastermind who orchestrated the insurrection.
Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Trump MUST be banned from running for office ever again — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a woke new Twitter competitor that banned Trump for life and is exploding in popularity because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: https://t.co/0c9FDbB14A
