Thank you @SpeakerPelosi for visiting the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community booth at the 6th Annual @IRFSummit in Washington D.C. We appreciate your tireless commitment to combat religious persecution and defend the rights of persecuted Ahmadi Muslims worldwide.
Precious moments from the historic foundation stone laying of the new mosque of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA near Boston, with Respected Mirza Maghfoor Ahmad Sahib, National Ameer, Respected Abid Haneef Sahib, esteemed elder and pioneer member of Boston Chapter, and his son, Respected Azhar Haneef, Missionary-in-Charge.
Today, gunmen attacked worshippers during Friday prayers at the Baitul Mahdi Mosque in Rabwah, Pakistan, the headquarters of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community there. Six worshippers were wounded before guards killed one of the attackers while the other two fled.
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA is deeply concerned and prays for the full recovery of those injured. We call on Pakistani authorities to bring the perpetrators to justice and urge the government to end the daily, state-sanctioned persecution Ahmadi Muslims face simply for practicing their faith.
Every citizen deserves the right to worship freely.

We stand for peace and religious freedom. Our response to a GOP candidate’s Quran burning is quoted in @baptist_news:
“Burning the Holy Quran is an ignorant and reprehensible act that achieves nothing except to divide communities and sow hatred.”
