The new crescent was sighted tonight (29th Sha’bān/ 10th March) in Saudia Arabia, therefore Ramadān commences with the first Tarāwīh tonight and first fast tomorrow, the 11th of March.

The senseless attack on a Muslim family in London, ON is horrifying & I condemn it in the strongest terms.

Islamophobia has absolutely no place in Canada. We must do more in Canada to stand firmly against it.
