تندور سے روٹی چوری کرنے کا مقدمہ اور پشاور کی عدالت کا انصاف بھرا فیصلہ دو روز قبل پشاور قصہ خوانی بازار میں عورت کا تندور سے روٹی چوری کرنے کا معاملہ سامنے آیا تندور مالک نے خاتون پے تشدد کیا اور پولیس کے حوالے کر دیا کل پشاور پولیس نے خاتون کو چوری کے الزام میں عدالت میں پیش کیا۔ جج صاحب نے خاتون سے سارا معاملہ پوچھا عورت نے روتے ہوئے بتایا میرا نام گُل بانو ہے ایک حادثہ میں میرے خاوند کا انتقال ہو گیا ہے میرے تین یتیم بچے ہیں جو دو روز سے بھوکے تھے گھر میں کوئی کمانے والا نہیں میں نے مجبوری میں تندور سے روٹی اٹھائی۔ گُل بانو کے جسم پے ت شدد کے واضح نشان نظر آ رہے تھے۔ جج صاحب نے سب سے پہلے تندور مالک کو گرفتار کرنے کا حکم دیا جس نے غریب بیوہ عورت پر ت شدد کیا۔ تندور مالک کو دو سال جیل کی سزا اور 5 لاکھ روپے حرجانہ کا فیصلہ سنایا۔ s.h.o کینٹ کو تبادلے کا حکم دیا۔ اور ڈی-سی پشاور کو پابند کیا کے سرکاری خزانے سے بیوہ خاتون اور اس کے بچوں کی کفالت کی جائے۔

“The judges in this country should be ashamed of themselves. Time and time again we have gone to the judiciary. But they have sold their souls for their paid personal privileges. They have sold their integrity. They know they cannot break me, so they turn to my wife. How they can allow this inhumane treatment to Bushra BiBi, simply to blackmail me. She spends 24 hours a day in isolation, except for 30 minutes with me per week - and even that is often ignored. It is unislamic to harm women, children and the elderly - and their motives are plain and clear. The judges are responsible for the justice in a society. They should be ashamed of themselves.”

عمران خان اور پی ٹی آئی قیادت پر عید کی نماز کی پابندی نے ثابت کر دیا کہ مریم نواز کی سوچ برطانوی استعمار اور آج کے دور کے اسرائیل سے الگ نہیں۔

1916 میں ظالم انگریزوں نے شیخ الہند مولانا محمود الحسن کو جلاوطنی کی سزا دی، چار سال مالٹا کی جیل میں قید رکھا اور عید کی نماز پر پابندی لگائے رکھی تاکہ ان کا عزم توڑ سکیں۔ مولانا سید حسین احمد مدنی اپنی کتاب اسیر مالٹا میں لکھتے ہیں کہ شیخ الہند پابندی کے باوجود عید کے دن غسل کر کے صاف لباس پہن کر تیار ہو جاتے اور فرماتے: "میں اللہ کے حضور سچا رہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ میں تیار تھا، اب یہ جابر روکیں تو اللہ ان سے نمٹے گا۔"

کل مسجدِ اقصیٰ میں بھی اسرائیلی فوج نے یہی فرعونی طریقہ اپنایا، فلسطینیوں کو عید کی نماز سے روکا اور نہتے نمازیوں پر آنسو گیس کی شیلنگ کی۔

مریم نواز کا عمران خان، شاہ محمود قریشی، اعجاز چوہدری، عمر چیمہ اور محمود الرشید و دیگر اسیرانِ پی ٹی آئی کو عید کی نماز سے روکنا اِسی 'صہیونی' اور 'استعماری' ذہنیت کا تسلسل ہے۔ جو کام ملکہ برطانیہ اور اسرائیل نے کیا، وہی آج یہ حکومت اپنوں کے خلاف کر رہی ہے۔

تاریخ گواہ ہے کہ جابر مٹ جاتے ہیں، مگر حق کے لیے کھڑے ہونے والوں کا عزم نہیں ٹوٹتا۔ ہندوستان آزاد ہوا اور پاکستان بھی اِن ظلموں، جابروں اور غاصبوں سے انشاللہ نجات پائے گا۔

We have been informed that my father, Imran Khan, has lost most of the vision in his right eye, with reports indicating only 15% eyesight remains. This is the direct consequence of 922 days of solitary confinement, medical neglect (denied blood tests) and the deliberate denial of proper treatment in jail.

The responsibility lies squarely with the regime in power, the Army Chief and the puppets enabling this cruelty. This physical deterioration is happening under their orders, their watch and their responsibility. They have manipulated and warped the justice system in order to keep my father in solitary confinement.

My brother and I are still being denied visas to see our father as his health deteriorates. History will record this injustice.

We urge human rights bodies, legal institutions and democratic nations to confront this persecution and ensure those responsible face consequences.
