@nickcperry @DHLParcelUK 3/3 And on Wednesday, we had a better effort from the driver as they managed 95 deliveries but unfortunately we were drop number 119. No possibility of speaking to anybody on the phone, I have sent 6 DMs, 6 FB messages and 2 emails over last 3 days but no reply 🤬🤬

@nickcperry @DHLParcelUK 2/3 (In the style of Craig David) On Tuesday it was drop number 106 and the driver went home after 65 deliveries, so back to the depot it went for a second time.

@nickcperry @DHLParcelUK I have exactly the same problem. My parcel has been out for delivery : days in a row. On Monday it was drop 108 and the driver gave up after 56 deliveries (long before 8pm).

I'll save you the trouble of looking it up @DHLParcelUK. The driver stopped delivering at parcel 85 today. Ours was 119 on the list. We seem to be going down the list, not up. 4th time lucky tomorrow???

@DHLParcelUK My parcel was out for delivery on Mon (No. 106) and the driver only managed to deliver 65. It was out again yesterday (No. 102) and the driver only got to 56. Looks like the same is happening today. Will my son get his Xmas present in time? DM sent on Mon (No reply)

@DHLParcelUK Hi. My parcel was due for delivery yesterday but driver only got to delivery 65 out of 105 before giving up and going back to the depot. Today, they only got to delivery 56 out of 106 before calling it a day. Is there any more hope of it arriving tomorrow? DM sent.

@DHLParcelUK I’m expecting a parcel today (no. ending 9757 see DM). DHL app says it’s still the depot, text message says it will be delivered before 17:08, the website says it’s on its way but another 51 deliveries before mine and phone service says delivery before 6pm. Help!!
