Tellingly the MOU has never been published for all to see what was in fact agreed .

@khadarlooge #somaliland. Riyaleh took aDiploma in Corruption,Silanyo’s wife and Son-in-Law took First Degrees and Masters in the subject Bixi has been awarded a PhD in that subject from the University of Djibouti. However 75% of SL is under 30. He should fear them,for they are the future.
