Thanks to @UNEFP's support to these facilities, the number of deliveries in the facilities have increased by an average of 15 deliveries per day, and most of the deliveries are from the IDP communities that who have moved as a result of the war
Today, in Taiz city, #Yemen, a @UNFPAYemen ‘s team led by Deputy Representative visited two UNFPA-supported hospitals & a Women & Girls Safe Space ; witnessing lifesaving maternal health & GBV response services reaching women & girls daily, with the support of donors & partners.
Encouraging to see continued commitment toward strengthening resilience, access, and quality of care in challenging contexts in Yemen.
