The application published on the App Store under the name “The MicroTriumphs” is unlawfully using the #TangoLive trademark, along with its associated visuals and brand identity.

This constitutes a direct trademark infringement and poses a serious risk of misleading users.

How much longer will you allow an application that exploits a registered trademark—owned in Türkiye by its rightful holders—to remain active on your platform under a different name?

Relevant legal and administrative actions have already been initiated, and the matter is being pursued before the competent authorities.

No company, investor group, or affiliated party—including platform owners and stakeholders such as Alibaba-related entities—has the right to use this trademark without authorization or to benefit from it in any form.

The Republic of Türkiye is a state governed by the rule of law.
All intellectual property rights will be enforced to the fullest extent. ⚖️🇹🇷

Despite this official registration, the continued use of the “Tango Live” brand in Türkiye raises serious legal and compliance questions.

• On what legal basis are these activities continuing?
• How are trademark rights being addressed in this context?
• Why are users being redirected to https://t.co/7Fs1JX4KD2 instead of the official website?
• Why are platforms like @GooglePlay still hosting related applications?

This is not just a personal matter — it concerns legal compliance, platform responsibility, and investor awareness.
