Meet Tappy, an open-source workspace for humans and AI agents.
Not another AI co-worker or agent.
The point is to rebuild the workspace those co-workers need.
Google Docs, Word, Notion etc. were built for humans typing into pages.
But agentic work needs different primitives:
agents as first-class actors
shared docs, sources and blocks
visible runs
new artefacts
code
reviewable changes
bring your own agents from whatever harness you prefer
own your workflow and data
A co-worker agent might do the work.
Tappy is where that work becomes visible, editable, reviewable and durable.
MIT licensed.

@jayair I made this as an OSS way to share artefacts in a doc via different agents you could put react blocks in here if you wanted or extend to do whatever:

Day 3: Building something cool with Hermes.
After 2 days of finding issues, copying links and writing the same prompt, I made Fix with Hermes.
It adds a button to GitHub issues. One click opens the task in Hermes Desktop, ready to work.
Day 2: of shipping cool stuff for Hermes Agent until @NousResearch hires me or I run out of ideas.
Today I made Replay. Basically a simple VLC like player for Hermes sessions.
Drop in a session export and watch the entire run back on a cinematic, scrubbable timeline—prompts, responses, tool calls, failures, passing tests and all.
It runs entirely in your browser. No uploads.

Built Tappy, an open-source workspace where humans and AI agents can work together inside the same live document.
Agents like Hermes, Claude Code and Codex can join through MCP, claim work, edit blocks and leave every change attributed.
What would you use this for?
Also fixed a small bug in Hermes Desktop.
The Projects view was sorting sessions twice in two different ways, so an older active session could appear below a newer idle one.
Removed the conflicting sort and added a regression test.

Today I made Spectator. Basically Twitch for Hermes sessions. One command gives you a shareable link that livestreams your entire Hermes session, so anyone can watch your agent work live, tool calls and all.
