@LizzieCharlton Person but sara would come up really close and talk through some grounding techniques and i would come back. It’s a really weird sensation!

[Mustard Seed Singers @MustardSeedSing]

@LizzieCharlton It’s like semi dissociation I reckon . I have experienced full-on dissociation and it starts like that for me. I don’t get the complete experience as much these days. When it used to be bad, I couldn’t hear or feel any sensations such as touch. I’m not a big mindfulness...

[Mustard Seed Singers @MustardSeedSing]

@LizzieCharlton I get that 100%

[Mustard Seed Singers @MustardSeedSing]

@LizzieCharlton I get that as part of dissociation. Like being frozen and even when sara talks to me I can sometimes hear her but can’t move my head to look at her. Weird, huh?!

It’s world mental health day so it is the perfect day to celebrate The Mustard Seed Singers mental health choirs. If you’re struggling with your mental health and would like to sing in a supportive environment...

[Mustard Seed Singers @MustardSeedSing]

@RosieDuffield1 Yes it was very difficult travelling yesterday. I didn’t realise people were stranded overnight! I’ll let you know next time we have a concert and perhaps you will be able to make it. You have a lot of dedicated supporters in the choir-hooray for a labour MP!
