Veteran broadcaster Fred Ombachi Machoka today told the court that Robert Alai's HIV allegations damaged his reputation, disturbed his peace, made his radio waves crackle differently & even chased away his yellow yellow damsels whom he had been supplying them with high voltage electricity.

The drama started last year when the two engaged in a heated online exchange. During the digital fistfight, Alai allegedly claimed that Mzee Machoka alikuwa na "malaria kubwa" and even offered one of the wildest bets in Kenyan history.

Alai declared that he was ready to accompany Machoka to any hospital of his choice for an HIV test, and if the results came back negative, he would surrender his car, house, land, and even his roaming wife as a bonus package before voluntarily checking himself into Kamiti Maximum Prison.

Now, any ordinary Kenyan facing the current economy would have sprinted to the nearest laboratory, collected the jackpot, and retired to a farm in Nanyuki. But Mzee Machoka chose a different route.

Instead of cashing in on the offer and becoming a billionaire overnight, he rushed to court and demanded KSh 60 million for defamation. The moment the Kileleshwa primate heard the figure 60 million, he developed temporary amnesia.

Alai immediately disowned the Facebook page and informed the court that he neither owns nor operates any Facebook account called Robert Alai. In court, he practically introduced himself as a victim of identity theft saying, "I neither own nor operate any social media account, specifically a Facebook account under the name Robert Alai as claimed by the plaintiff."

Kenyans are now waiting to know who has been posting political insults, exposing scandals, and starting online wars for the last decade. Hapa Alai anatuona kama matako Yake,, sindio!!!
