The housing idea is okay and should go on , Young kenyans take long to become home owners due to exploitative landlords. They are the working class and the most important section of citizenly,tax payers, child bearers, children educators etc. we need to cushion them

Implementation of the housing project especially procurement and off take after completion isn't ok. But, the solution is not to stop the project. Build and give out through easy to pay mortgage eg 5k per month for 50 years @ 3 bedroom. Think of how this can change

The whole thing. Kenyans in rentals would offtake happily and the government would get a consistent flow with which to build new houses. Household income would increase by saving kenyans money paid in rent current rate for 3 bdrm average 17k hence would free 12k.
