But one thing is worth remembering: markets can move in both directions, and recent performance doesn’t tell us what happens next.

So no predictions, no “buy now” calls, and no assumptions about where prices are heading.

I would like to share some honest feedback regarding Binance’s merch reward process.

I was selected as a Binance merch winner through an activity on X. I was genuinely very happy because I had been participating in Binance activities for a long time, and receiving Binance merch was something I had been looking forward to.

Unfortunately, at that time, I was going through serious family issues and a very difficult period in my personal life. Because of circumstances beyond my control, I couldn’t regularly check my X account or respond within the required timeline. It was never because I didn’t care about the reward.

When I became active again, I saw the Binance message and immediately contacted support. I explained my situation, and the team kindly told me they would speak with the relevant team and escalate my case.

However, I was later informed that the merch had already been dispatched to other winners because my response came after the required timeline, and that there was no alternative reward available.

Honestly, this was extremely disappointing.

My feedback is not only about my individual case. I believe Binance should reconsider this policy for future merch campaigns.

If someone genuinely wins a reward, their merch should be reserved for a reasonable period. Life is unpredictable. Someone can become sick, be hospitalized, face a family emergency, lose access to their account, or experience an unexpected situation. These things can happen to anyone.

There should be multiple reminders, an appeal or exception process for genuine emergencies, and if the original merch is unavailable, an alternative Binance merch option should be considered.

Merch may seem like a small reward, but for community members it represents achievement, effort, support, and hope. People spend their time participating in campaigns and feel proud when they are finally selected.

I’m not asking Binance to change the rules only because of my situation. I’m asking because this could happen to any genuine winner in the future.

I sincerely request Binance to make the merch policy more flexible and human. Genuine winners should not easily lose a reward because of circumstances beyond their control.

I respect Binance and appreciate the support team for trying to help. I simply hope Binance learns from situations like mine and improves the process so that no other community member has to experience the same disappointment.
