@cdesetfree I suggest that:
1) He should make a decision on whether he wants to relocate to the UK or not.
2) If yes, he should prepare & plan well for that. The plan should include his exit & career plan.
3) He appreciates that the comfort of employment benefits doesn't last forever.
@jerrynyazungu@luckiebunu It's really sad how certain bosses are resistant to this idea of systems. Some perhaps neglect it because the organisation is very small. Sometimes the business owners should ask themselves questions such as "What happens if I die or if my best or all current employees leave?"
