❌Acquired Bungie for $3.6B in 2023, which only led to layoffs and delaying Marathon due to plagiarism and a disappointing first reveal

❌Shutdown London Studio in 2024 am cancelled their yet to be revealed live service game

❌Shut down Neon Koi

❌Shut down Dark Outlaw as of March 2026, according to Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier
