[1/4] People with paruresis are embarrassed and silent about their daily discomfort. We've heard in person and read hundreds of stories about 8 to 20 hours of fear visiting toilet. A psychological block that, keeps them from emptying their bladder.
U r here today because someone else is not. U r given this opportunity of being yourself over someone else & by here I mean being in this universe, on this planet, in ur home, being the child of ur parents, love of ur twin flame & everything that should be glad of
Stay humble 🤌

7️⃣Inability to urinate at home if someone is waiting outside the toilet

You have shy bladder syndrome if you have:

2️⃣Fear of other people hearing the urine hit the toilet water
3️⃣Fear of other people smelling the urine
4️⃣Negative self-talk while trying to urinate, for example: ‘I can’t do it. I’m never going to pee. I’m such an idiot.’
5️⃣Inability to urinate in public toilets or at other people’s homes
6️⃣Inability to urinate at home when guests are present
Even in every coffee shop with one design of cups from Melbourne till Vein stickers in toilet designed manually locally on the places and non systemised at all. As result every time new place opens process of "let's create sticker for toilet with our logo" launches over and over.
You know all this stickers in toilets are always designed by persons who do this just because he/she can. Interior designers never include all of this stuff in designs and as result we try to read and understand "handmade" stickers.
Today I was in @WeWork Abu Dhabi and found that restroom perfectly fits to our conception of comfortable sound environment for shy people (more than 220m people around the globe)
