Dear Sony MEA Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the Sony TV that I purchased on 25th June 2021., I bought a XR-55X90J from Extra, oman with high expectations of Sony's renowned quality and performance. However, I experienced last week the tv STARTED FLASHING AND TURNING BLANK, SOMETIMES WHITE SCREEN, AFTER THAT COMPLETE BLACK , I have encountered a series of these issues that have left me unsatisfied.
I have tried troubleshooting these problems by following the user manual and seeking assistance from Sony's online resources, but the issues persist. These problems have significantly affected my viewing experience and have not met the quality standards that is associate with the Sony brand.
I contacted Jumbo Electronics in Muscat, and I personally took the TV on 08.010.2023 to them for finding out the problem, upon inspection I was contacted by Jumbo electronic that the display has problem, and it needs to be replaced and the Replacement cost is OMR 150, which is exorbitant and unacceptable.
I am disappointed that a premium product like this XR Range TV is experiencing such issues in 2 years after purchase. As a loyal Sony customer (I use PS5, SONY Camera for Video, SONY Photo Frame), I believe in the brand's commitment to excellence, and I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.
I have purchased this TV for OMR 499.900 which is Premium priced model and failing within 2 years is not good sign of Product quality. I am not affordable to pay 30% of the TV cost(OMR 150) within 2 years of Purchase and I need SONY to absorb the cost on the ground of loyalty to their BRAND QUALITY COMMITTMENT and Customer Satisfaction.
I kindly request that you arrange with Jumbo electronics, Muscat to repair the TV on the above-mentioned ground as soon as possible. My purchase details are as follows:

At Delhi Metro, a young boy wearing earphones was taking a water bottle out of his bag when his tiffin box accidentally fell, spilling all the food onto the floor.

Without hesitation, he tore a page from his notebook and carefully gathered the spilled food. He then took out his handkerchief and wiped the floor clean.

Before the scars of the horrific sexual assault and brutal murder of a 17-year-old girl near Vilathikulam and the sexual assault of a 14-year-old by a gang near Madhuranthakam have healed, yet another sexual assault has been reported of a college student from Trichy who came to Chennai for project work.

The college student was reportedly threatened by a group of men, forcibly abducted in a car, and subjected to sexual assault, an incident that occurred in the capital city of Tamil Nadu, merely ten minutes away from the residence of the state’s Chief Minister, Thiru @mkstalin.

Every sexual assault of our sisters in Tamil Nadu is a painful reminder of the state of law & order under this useless DMK government.
