A respected Qur’an reciter & MSSN Amir of Yauri in Kebbi State, Alaramma Alqassim Usman Ibrahim, has been killed by bandits after being abducted from his farm.

According to a report he was kidnapped on Friday, and the abductors later sent a photo of his body to his family. His relatives have appealed to the public not to share the image.

Sources in the area confirmed that several people were also abducted during the attack, with ransom demanded before the killing.

The late Alaramma was well known for his dedication to the Qur’an, and his TikTok page is filled with recitations and teachings that touched many lives.

Communities across the state are mourning deeply and praying for Allah’s mercy on his soul.

This tragic incident has once again raised serious concern about rising insecurity in Northern Nigeria. Many citizens are calling on the government to urgently strengthen security measures and protect innocent lives before more families are forced into grief like this.

May Allah grant him peace and bring an end to these attacks.
