@campbellclaret The other thing that gets me is the simplified messaging. Need to explain to everyone that itโs not just about vaccines. Itโs about asymptomatic transmission and allowing space for new variants to develop.
@gnomeicide Last time I looked, Manchester pavement chargers were on the edge where light posts go. With cost of charging cables no one I know wants them being cycled on, or trip hazard, we curl them underneath the vehicle. I agree Cab, EVs not simple solution, Iโm disabled, had EV 5 years.
@mrjamesob Iโve taken hope from there now being a grown up in the White House. And muting the truly embarrassing Johnson really helps with my mental health.
Sorry, were you talking football?
@sazmeister88 Even on the very simplest level where the idiot fans seem to exist, do they not care about how their black players get endless taunts, bananas thrown, monkey noises? Sheesh.
100% agree. I have no scientific training, but Iโve understood that, so the Govt know. Stop the asymptomatic spread. But govt never fully explain that. Ventilation, masks in schools, asymptomatic testing. And enjoy beautiful weather outdoors.
this is the point. it's not Restrictions vs infections. There are many things we could do to get cases down that aren't restrictions - and low infections is best for schools, best for unvaccinated and best for avoiding new variants.
Govt has consisently not done them.
Sport in Wales has had a wonderful attitude for years, all about togetherness and community. Competition between the 4 home nations will always be strong and passionate, but it can also be respectful. The England manager seems to have the right attitude.
This is absolutely brilliant and shows how there is a positive case to be made for England as a nation.
Without inciting culture wars or divisive nationalism that simply exploit that feeling of identity.
This is the interview UK news shows are now withholding from the public
Boris Johnson promising there would be NO CHECKS on goods going from Great Britain to Northern Ireland under his Brexit deal
Find your courage @SkyNews@BBCNews@itvnews & hold the PM to account for this
The BBC gave massive coverage of the EU's covid vaccine problems. But it seems strangely reluctant to tell the public that in several EU countries vaccinations are now going significantly faster than in the UK.
If this doesn't give you goosebumps, we're not sure what else will!
Let's support Wales on and off the pitch by enjoying the game together safely, whether we're watching from home or down the pub.

The EU at the G7 can be represented by Germany, France and Italy, three voices. So why does the EU also get to send two EU Presidents as well to give them a majority?
