After almost seven years at this club, it’s hard to put into words what this moment means to me.
I arrived at this club when I was 18 years old. Far from home, barely speaking the language, trying to adapt to a completely new culture, new life and chasing a dream that felt so big at the time.
I didn’t know exactly what the future would hold, but I knew I wanted to give everything for this club.
We didn’t just build a team, we built a family, an identity, and something the fans could believe in again. To see this club back where it belongs is one of the proudest moments of my career.
I want to thank my family, thank everyone at the club, the staff, my teammates, and every person working behind the scenes. Most importantly, thank you to the fans. Your support, patience and love throughout these years never went unnoticed. You stayed with us through the difficult moments, and this title belongs to you as much as anyone.
This club changed my life. I will always be grateful for the privilege of wearing this shirt.

“We can’t just be people who are waiting to be ripped off, by somebody who is shrewd enough and has the power, we must be able to say, “No”. President Kagame | Africa CEO Forum 2026
How to succeed with zero support (when you have no one)
Man to man:
Nobody is coming ,
No mentor,
No investor,
No friend who believes in you,
No one to call when it gets heavy.
Just you and the decision of what to do with that,
Most men collapse here, There are ones who do not build something nobody can take credit for.
Here is how to succeed when you have no one.
Brutal thread 🧵
(Save this)
#success #discipline #selfdevelopment #theenencheeffect
1. Accept that you are alone and use it.
Stop waiting for the support that is not coming. The moment you accept that nobody is coming, you stop wasting energy looking for them.
No support means no masters, no one to report to,no one to impress,no one whose opinion can slow you down.
Every step you take forward belongs entirely to you, That is not a disadvantage. That is the cleanest form of freedom available to a man use it.
2. Go silent about your plans.
Stop telling people what you are building.
Every time you talk about your plans before they exist, you spend energy that should be going into building them, And the people you tell will not encourage you, They will question you, They will remind you of the risks, They will plant doubt in a soil that does not need it, go quiet,Build in silence.
Let the result be the first thing they hear about it.
3. Become your own mentor.
Nobody is going to sit down with you and teach you what you need to know, so you teach yourself and read the books they would have recommended.
Ask the questions they would have challenged you with,
Hold yourself to the standard they would have demanded.
You have to play both roles,
The coach and the player,
The one who pushes and the one who gets pushed, the one who has no excuse for quitting because he is also the one who would not accept the excuse.
4. Turn the pain into fuel.
The loneliness is real,
The rejection is real,
The feeling of building in a room where nobody sees you is real, Do not sedate it,
Do not scroll past it or drink past it or sleep past it,
Use it, Channel every ounce of that feeling into the work.
The men who built the most
were almost always the men who had the most to prove.
And the men with the most to prove are the most dangerous men in any room they eventually walk into.
5. Build a rigid daily protocol and treat it like law.
Without a boss, without a team, without accountability from anyone else.
You are the only structure you have. If you do not enforce it, nobody will win the morning before your feelings have a vote.
Work in deep, uninterrupted blocks.
Feed your mind only what builds you.
Review your day at ni, ht honestly.
Not kindly, honestly.
Where did you waste time. What did you avoid? What will you fix tomorrow.
That evening audit is the closest thing to a mentor you have right now.
Do not skip it.
6. Do not chase connections.
Build something worth connecting to.
The man with nothing to offer
gains nothing from networking.
He just becomes a man who attends events and collects contacts that never go anywhere.
Stop chasing people.
Build something so valuable. So specific. So undeniably good.
That the right people start finding their way to you.
The magnet does not chase metal.
It becomes magnetic.
Become magnetic.
Then watch who the universe sends.
The man who succeeds alone
does not just build wealth ,He builds something rarer. The unshakeable knowledge
that he did it without anyone handing him anything.
That knowlecan notnnot be bought,Cannot be given,Cannot be taken, It belongs only to the man who earned it in the silence, in the struggle, In the long as on when nobody was watching
and he showed up anyway.
That man is you, Keep going.
