@baryamureeba @KagutaMuseveni But Dr muganga has never been denied a passport of uganda, he even has a national identity card of uganda. So to me the issue is not about being a munyarwanda but this is a legal matter of dual citizenship. Banyarwanda with Ugandan citizenship have earlier served in the govt.

This week's expenditure on the statutes, I think was to prepare us to open up law firms. Over 100k spent and you reach IA almost coming from one statute of 10k. LDC is not for the weak.
