The Lord Our confidence
Many people don't even realize, they do not know that they are actually in a fight. Until one day you wake up and you realize Realize that you are no longer as confident as a child of God, as you were one year ago, you now feel a sense of unworthiness, U have ceded ground. a
year ago or so you were so confident that you were his beloved you were his child and then you didn't realize when the battle set in then at some point you wake up and all of a sudden you're in this place where you are struggling to feel, to realize The love of God, the solidity of your righteousness in Him. you've been so far removed, you have ceded ground to the enemy and now you feel a sense of unworthiness. There was a fight going on that you were ignorant about. And as a result of this fight, you ceded ground. And by ceded, i don’t mean S-E-E-D. Ceded, from the word concede. You gave up ground.

At some point you'd wake up & you knew I am the righteousness of God.
I am his beloved and you'd wake up knowing his love is focused on you and you alone and you know that there's nothing no good thing will be withhold from them that love. you knew that. And
then one year later somehow you are struggling, You're feeling unworthy. When you go to pray, you're feeling unworthy. You feel you've got to make up ground. You feel you've got to first please him. At some point, you didn't think of first-pleasing him, you knew he loved you, you-knew you were his righteousness. But then now, you're so bombarded with a lot of things. And now the enemy has managed to get you off the ground of confidence in him as his righteousness.
& now he has put you on a ground of self-righteousness.

let me tell you something. It is good to be confident in yourself for as long as your confidence in yourself is based upon how confident you are in him. People talk about believe in yourself…. BELIEVE IN THE LORD YOUR GOD, the moment you put so much faith in yourself, you're
ceding ground, you're moving away from the faith. The faith says you are his righteousness. That is the faith So don't believe in yourself. Believe in the Lord your God. Believe what he tells you
about you & then you will fight the good fight. When the enemy comes and whispers something, you will stand on what God is telling you about you. (He will ask) If you are the son of God and then you will give him a response that will knock him off and that will establish
you more in him. So it's good to believe in yourself once again, but it's only as good as you believe in the Lord your God. If it has that foundation, then you're okay. If it has these things of believe in yourself, believe in yourself. At some point, your confidence is going to fluctuate based on yourself, but the Lord never changes. I am the Lord, I change not the scripture says) what he has said, will always remain. If he says your righteousness is based on his blood, the blood of Jesus
satisfies him. If he says that, that you now have a robe of righteousness based on his blood, he will not change about that. You will not make him change, No one else will make him change on
those grounds about you. When you wake up tomorrow, it will still be the same. If someone says something about you negatively, it will not change his mind. He will not say, okay, now let me
remove the blood. No, no, no (That is not the Lord)

So that's how you fight the good fight of faith. It is the faith. It is believing in the Lord your God. when you're on those grounds, you're ever ready. ever ready, ever worthy. Whether you've had a good day or a bad day, you're ready, you're worthy Because I am the Lord, I change not! And that's your foundation. So if a devil comes and wants to mess you up, you will cast it out. You will not think, oh you know, but I have not been praying.
You will not think about that. You will not have confidence in the flesh. You will not have confidence in yourself. You will have confidence in him

Think about everything that you hold dear; the people we have beef with or even that amount of money that you've put aside because you've planned maybe two, five or ten years from now, The thing is you don't even know if you will reach those 10 years that you're planning for. Someone here maybe fighting extremely hard to leave this country and go to another one. For another one, it's the issue of marriage and all these things are important. But in the grand scheme of things, one day you will step out of your body and all of them will pale in importance. They won't be as important as you think they are. Right now it looks like it's so important. So imagine, just recently, a child of one of the richest men in the country passed away. Now, irrespective of his story, he will stand before his maker and ultimately, what he did with what he had is what will determine the life after, and who he believed in. There's a song that goes, ‘All my trials will mean nothing. Only what I've done to live for truth will stand the test of time….
Everything else fades in comparison.

When you get born again, the way the spirit world knows you are born again is in two major ways: there are others but I'll give you two major ones. The first is your clothing. The second is the degree of light. The first clothing you all of us get is called the garment of salvation. Okay? But because it says garments ‘plural’.

There is a garment of salvation that you get for giving your life to Christ. There is another garment of salvation a person gets for leading people to Christ. There is another third one that I call the reconciliation garment. The Bible says God has given us the ministry of reconciliation. Where you're saving things, you save money, everything you touch becomes godly. You understand? That's a garment of salvation. There are some ministers who have lived this life and that's all they've stopped at. It's the only garment they put on.

But in the Bible there are others. The Bible talks about the garment of righteousness-the robe of righteousness There are so many robes that we shall put on but some people who have pursued certain things so much here on earth such that they put them on now while others will get them as rewards in the future.
