Japanese activist Yusuke Furusawa has been protesting alone almost daily against Israel’s genocide in Gaza. In a video posted on social media, he sits in the middle of a street and appears exhausted as he chants “Free Palestine”.

An American man showed his grandmother’s passport, which was issued by the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem in 1932.
The man said, “It was always Palestine, and it will always be Palestine,” highlighting the period before the Israeli occupation.
