If you sell someone who wasn't actively looking for your service, be prepared to sell them on why they needed it again and again and again.
All of my Amazon Prime orders placed in the last 2 months are averaging 5.5 days before delivery. I don’t shop on Amazon cause it has everything, I do it so it all shows up 48 hours later.

is to give them access to the resources and skills they need to learn and grow.
is to listen, and learn from them.
If I embrace their unique perspective & empower them to work within their own flow, everyone wins.
Gen Z is ready to take the workplace by storm!
I love that they don't fit the 9-5 model.

Is there a better commercial for Rank Choice Voting than what is going on with the Speaker's vote in the House ? The current system, from primary to generals to speaker voting, empowers the extremes to the expense of constituants. Time to change

1) Who in your network can be a sounding board to get you back on track?
2) Use resources as public as reddit or twitter, or as private as coaches to help widen your perspective on your situation
3) Peer groups like @vistage, YP and industry specific committees
Running a business during today's challenges doesn't have to be a losing battle. If you're currently struggling, or just need a little inspiration, here are some approaches with 3 basic action items that might help.
Approach: Back to Basics
1) Focus on the positives happening around you. What story are they telling?
2) Rework your goals to shorter, simpler more achievable items to build momentum
3) Slow down to speed up. You're moving too fast. Slow it down and you'll get more done.
@thecoastguy For the same reason a battery manufacturer sends rockets to space. At some point you have so much money you're not the thing that got you there, you're just rich. Tinkering with things that interest you with minimal push-back.
