NYC has a hidden listening room and café.
It's called Silence Please and it's one of the most unique spots in the city:
- hundreds of vinyl records
- high-end speaker showroom
- delicious coffee, teas and patries
- private listening stations w/ headsets
- 2,000 sq ft of gallery-style space
- long communal tables + couches
It's part café, part teahouse, part event space.
They do tea ceremonies, vinyl painting sessions, and live DJ sets.
Idk how to explain it, but I feel like I can tell a lot about someone based off their walk. Not a model walk, but more of the "commuting to work" walk, or the "walking around the office" walk. There has got to be a study about this
