Mr. Ayers teaching about the Panama Canal today was music to my ears, not because of the history of the Panama Canal, but because I needed to go sit in a classroom and see excellent instruction!

Mrs. Wickham crushed it as always. It can be challenging to engage middle school students, but she is a pro. The students even made graphs in an English class. Double score!

Mrs. Fritzs' 6th grade science classes were doing an Oobleck lab yesterday during their chemistry unit. They observed phase changes from a liquid to a solid, and a solid to a liquid, by applying pressure to a substance and changing the viscosity of the substance.
