@KenyaAirways Anyone with same issue because unlike Emirates airlines refunded to everyone who booked and could not travel. What's the exception with Kenya airways? Am not traveling soon so I need my ticket money back.

@KenyaAirways It's so dissapointing when we try to promote our own airline but let's you down big time. Since last March I purchased a ticket to travel home from Dubai then followed the airport closure due to COVID-19 but until now have been following up for refund but in vain.

@KenyaAirways I was meant to travel on 25th March from Dubai when the airport shut down and had to stay back. The airline promised to give a refund or voucher but till today there's no communication. Am leaving Dubai and don't when I'll be back am asking when can I get my refund?
