@MrCooper @EricaScales4 What is going on with your website. Is it related to the hack perhaps?! Its end of the month can't make payments. Just regular middle class hard working people who will get penalized. Please rectify this problem asap

I received my luggage today.
It was left behind in Zurich.
It was frustrating but l also want to thank you that l got it back in one piece at my residence in Boston.

My luggage did not show up from Porto to Boston.

@FlySWISS So my flight was on 10/29 l have followed every step asked to but am still not getting anywhere. Not sure if to go back to the airport but not sure if that will help also. Any other options l could be missing?

Never again @UnitedAirlines_ once again our luggage is lost. How is that even possible? 2 times in a row. Delay after delay....We have to stay in a hotel to get to Boston. seriously friends DON'T FLY UNITED!
