#MyFirstTweet 🥰 Peace of mind, please. This 2021, na-realize ko na the number of social media friends/followers shouldn't be one of the indicators of your happiness. Matutong mabuhay nang simple. Period.
Last Saturday’s campus tour at Saint Louis University during the international research conference. Business attire required — proud to flex mine. Loved the blend of classic charm and modern spaces. #CampusTour#BaguioCity#SaintLouisUniversity

Baguio showed both drizzle and sunshine today, and somehow it felt perfect at 20°C.
Our breakfast at Quoted Café came with a view that made the morning softer. #BaguioCity#QuotedCafe#MorningViews#CozyWeather#TravelPH

Yesterday’s conference reminded me why I love doing research—sharing insights that matter and learning from fellow educators. Grateful to Ateneo for trusting me to represent our work and our mission.

Fourth time heading up the mountains and the view still gets me every single trip. Six hours on the road feels soft and familiar — just clips of quiet highways, rolling fog, and that slow climb home to Baguio.

A cool, quiet stop at Mirador Heritage and Eco‑Spirituality Park last June 12, then lunch at Café Iñigo made the day feel like a true Baguio escape. A spot that reminds you why this city stays on every traveler’s list.

Manila, I’m back for round two. Day 1 of 22 starts with my DVO–MNL flight on 5J 962, seat 4A. A few bumps in the air but the views were unreal — the Philippines is breathtaking from above. #TravelPH#SkyViews#FlightVibes#TravelDiaries#SeeTheWorld

after coming from Baguio.
Last December, my doctor advised me to take medicines for a week, but I didn’t push through. I just rested, ate nutritious food, and took vitamin C until I recovered. I’m hoping this clears up soon because I’m worried I might not be able to (3/4)
Baguio afternoons hit different at 22°C. Quiet views, slow breaths, and a heart finally resting. Mirador feels like a pause I actually needed. https://t.co/UXyaH9twwL
especially with how divided national conversations have been these past days. Let’s stay sensitive, compassionate, and focused on helping those who are affected. (3/3)
Disaster strikes without warning, completely ignoring a person’s color, status, or political stance. At 7:37 a.m., a magnitude 7.8 earthquake shook large parts of Mindanao, triggering tsunami waves and leaving at least 19 people dead and over 200 injured across SOCCSKSARGEN (1/n)
and the Davao region. The devastation has touched real lives, families, and communities who are now facing aftershocks and uncertainty. This is a time for human solidarity and urgent support, not for political noise. Please avoid political commentary for now, (2/n)
