😔I’m not implying she meant to shoot him at all. All I can say is IMO I could hear the absolute shock in her voice after she fired that shot, realizing she hadn’t fired her taser. But as I said, just because it was accidental, doesn’t mean you’re not responsible for his death.

You can be charged with causing someone’s death even if you “didn’t mean to & it was completely accidental”. Just because you say it was an accident doesn’t mean you aren’t responsible for his death & it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t and cannot be punished. 😞💔

When you’re a police officer you’re meant to protect & serve, you carry a loaded weapon... saying “oops! I thought it was my taser.” After shooting an unarmed civilian, killing them, is unacceptable. You didn’t accidentally break your grandma’s ornaments, you took a mans life.
