Trying to use ADSI for cross-domain functions - to remove requirement for the AD module. The problem is cross-domain authentication. I can RDP to a server in another domain, but if I try to get its ADSI object, I get ‘wrong username or password’. Thoughts? #PowerShell #ADSI

@NickolajA It’s okay. I found a TSQL query that I can run and kind of get what I’m looking for. Works from PowerShell too via the SqlServer module. Or use Get-CMSoftwareUpdates | Where {$_.isSuperseded} and bounce results against Get-CMSoftwareUpdateGroup.

Do you or anyone reading this know if you can get the superseding updates for a supersedes update using PowerShell. Is it ConfigMgr version dependent?

@ayeejuju I actually did that. $7 actually and $7.25 after a year. Granted it was in a factory in 1998
