Also, the broken window theory is predicated on the idea that we need rulers.

@TRHLofficial No matter how your child comes into the world, carrying them for 9 months and then birth is hard on the body. It's not necessarily something to be proud of..I'm definitely more proud of my kids than I am of actually birthing them.

If there were signs, it's still a victimless crime, and he should have just been told to leave, no fine or tickets.

Even so it's a very stupid reason to detain or arrest someone, there was no victim to this said "crime".
