The Disney Studios of the 50s and 60s was known for its loyalty and warm family environment. That spirit continued into the 70s and early 80s. Actors loved working there and would appear in numerous productions, forming a sort of Disney repertory company.

I loved watching Disney’s expansion and transformation in the late 80s, after Eisner and Katzenberg took over. Interesting how they emphasized the big name stars since Disney struggled to attract top Hollywood talent throughout the 70s. #Disney100 #AMCTheatres #disneymovies
