@betterhelp your customer service is garbage. I can't speak to anyone, only through email--and no one has helped. You keep charging my account although I canceled--long ago. It's been $1680 at this point.
@IHGhotels we had a storm in our area, power went out and came to your hotel. Husband has to use machines that need power for health reason. Three hours after arriving, the power went out at your hotel. We cannot locate any staff. It's pitch black. 800 number hung up on us??????
@Equifax Imagine not being able to get an apartment, vehicle, etc. bc there's an error on your report that Equifax thinks is SO worthless that they hang up on you every time you call to have it removed. People's financial lives are on hold, and your employees couldn't care less.
@TMobileHelp@tmobile I have an agent calling me about my bill and trying to add things that I've already paid for and collect payment. I just switched in December (against my better judgement) and here we are.
