@antiquemark @Hermesparcels Had the same problem Mark. Parcel was sent back to sender but never made it. My Hermes said it was lost in their network but item wasn't insured so the only person who lost out was me. No money, no item. No I tell everyone not to use this awful service.

So this is what happens when a pottery collector bids on the same auction lot as an advertising collector - it gets expensive!

Hi @HansonsAuctions, just some feedback - If you are open at the weekend prior to a sale it would be nice for existing customers to be able to view items they are interested in - especially if they have travelled far. Thanks

@Vics_Chicks depends on the collector. I only collect undamaged unless REALLY rare though I suspect I unknowingly have a few restored peices
