@ScottishPower Keep trying to get an engineer out for my Aunt,who is 85 years old, to upgrade her meter so she can improve her heating This has been ongoing since August, tweeted last night, she got a phone call this morning to say it could still take some time.

@ScottishPower My Eldery Auntie has been trying to upgrade her heating system but cannot do so until a Scottish Power Engineer updates her meter. She first contacted you in August and you gave her date for the 8 sept for the Engineer but it was cancelled and you keep cancelling.

@newlook Hi, my daughter who is a student recently went to buy a pair of shoes for her graduation with a gift card she received. The gift card had expired. Shouldn't your gift card have an expiry date on them??? She was given it as a present so she didn't know when it was bought

@20splentyforus @AnnaSemlyen1 Absolutely brainless, they don't realise just how little difference 10mph makes to their arrival time, but it's so much safer than undertaking in a bus lane.

@20splentyforus @AnnaSemlyen1 This morning, I admit I was doing slightly below 30 in a 30mph zone, due to standing water. Then hit a dual carriageway where inside lane is bus lane. The car behind me immediately ducked into the bus lane to undertake me.

@20splentyforus @AnnaSemlyen1 His reward for this daring move? Got to sit in front of me at the traffic lights 200 yards down the road instead of behind me. Then, as he waited to turn right at the next lights, I re-passed him!
