@AykeeTV @onecom One of the problems early November regarding hidden products caused us about 4 hours of work to unravel that bug and now there is a bug with ordering of products in webshop, it will take us hours to fix. Explaining to support is painful, need to explain to someone who gets it

@AykeeTV @onecom We do get responses some of the time, some of the support emails go un-responded to but the most infuriating thing is the lack of a telephone customer service, even just when s**t hits the fan we really need someone to reach out to for resolutions / reassurance
