Looking back at this, I was in such a dark place. People told me to get a new cat, but I just couldn't. Life found a workaround, though. Street cats started hanging around my house, and I started feeding them Sheero’s leftover food. It's become a permanent part of my life now. I have 4 cats that visit me every day. Healing works in unexpected ways.
Today, I want to share something with all of you. This is from two years ago when I was battling depression and couldn’t get out of it. At that time, this cat came into my life like an angel. I started healing. My anxiety disappeared. I used to talk to him and play with him. He kept me so busy that I completely recovered.
I lost Sheero on November 10th. After his passing, I went back to the same place emotionally where I was two years ago. I miss Sheero a lot. People even suggested that I get a new cat, saying it would help me feel less sad and make me feel better.
But I don’t want to replace him. I didn’t want to share all this, but for some reason, I’m sitting here and saying all of this to you. It’s true that losing a pet is incredibly painful. I’ve cried a lot—more than I’ve cried for any human passing. I used to wake up in the middle of the night crying. I’d see him everywhere.

Just received support from an anonymous donor who spent 15 years caring for feral cat colonies. They told me, "I know how much effort is involved." To be understood and supported by someone who has walked this path for so long is the greatest relief and validation. ❤️🐾 (1/2)
I get a lot of messages asking for a Ko-fi or donation link to help out. Honestly, my dream is for my small online store to grow enough to sustainably fund this work. But if you still wish to support the cats directly, please feel free to DM me. Thank you all for your kindness❤️
